Presently retired after serving 21 years of Military Service, in the United Stated Army – Was drafted in 1971 and retired in 1972. After retirement, continue to serve my country in support the United States Army, Navy, Marines, and Air Force, as a civilian contractor, in support of LOGCAP Contracts OCONUS Projects.Below are just a few of my strengths and accomplishments;Applied knowledge of quality Food Service and construction to validate and verify contractually required standards for project execution. Performed routine surveillance to ensure compliance to the contract, maintain, and coordinating with the Local client and customers, such as the Defense Contracting Management Agency (DCMA), Lead Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) and Army Contracting Officer, (ACO). Responsible for maintaining the standard per the PWS, (Performance Work Statement), procedures applicable to the scope of work (SOW). Provide specialize technical expertise in support of 16 Dining Facilities including outline. Implement preventative measures, such as Work Instructions to self-evaluate processes and procedures resulting in eliminating Corrective Action Request. (CAR's)Country Quality Manager while in Iraq; Country Food Service Manager II, while in Afghanistan,Assist in the management of over 1500 plus employees while in Afghanistan Providence, ensuring employees are trained, per the contract, to include daily safety training and documented.Senior Quality Manager, working with the United States Government on major LOGCAP Government Contract supporting over 18 different functional areas, such as maintenance, operational maintenance, food service operations, electrical, sign shops, power generation, vector control, just to name a few.Over 23 years with LOGCAP Contracting oversees, in countries such as Haiti, Kosovo, Basina, Turkey, Iraq, and Afghanistan.Below are just a few updated certifications and documents as well, and available upon request
