As the name says, they specialize in tank cars, and covered hopper cars. They have about over 100,000 cars in their fleet.

Supervisor of welding operations

Manage a fleet of repair specialists for ground up retrofit of railway cars that meet federal and fleet standards. This state-of-the-art, full service tank car repair shop with highly skilled technicians that can meet the demand of the required repair/ rebuild and then pass all of the federal testing while maintaining the required certifications.

Conducted studies of shop operations and flow process; prepared shop workflow design and layouts, coordinating projects with installation, quality, and production management teams for startup of a working maintenance/rebuild Army depot. Addressed and evaluated project plans for buildings; facilities and training based upon known and projected maintenance workloads.

Provided training support for shop management both American and Iraqi.
